Notarial Fees

  • $15 per notarized signature (Nevada maximum)

Mobile Travel Fees

  • $30 within 10 miles

  • $45 for 10–20 miles

  • $60+ for 20+ miles

  • After-hours (7pm–8am): +$25

  • Same-day emergency: +$25

Remote Online Notarization

  • $25–$40 per notarization

  • Multi-document sessions: $60–$100

  • Same-day RON: +$20

To ensure a smooth notarization, please have the following ready:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
• All signers present at the appointment
• Documents fully prepared (do not sign in advance unless instructed)
• Awareness of the document contents — notaries cannot provide legal advice

Payment is due at the time of service.

  • No. Notaries are prohibited from providing legal advice or preparing legal documents.

  • Yes. All signers must be present and have valid ID at the time of notarization.

  • We provide mobile notary services throughout Washoe & Lyon County and remote online notarization for clients nationwide.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. Travel and convenience fees are disclosed prior to booking.

  • If the appointment cannot be completed due to missing ID, absent signers, or unprepared documents, applicable travel or session fees may still apply.

Our Cancellation & No Show Policy

Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy
If the signer is unavailable, lacks valid ID, or documents are not ready at the scheduled time, the full travel and/or session fee may apply.
